Headers and Footers

{{HEADER: title }} or {{FOOTER: title }} sets the page header and/or footer. There are a number of additional options that can be included in the header or footer directive.

Examples are shown for the page header only, but are interchangeable with the footer.

{{HEADER: %p }} current page number

{{HEADER: %pp }} number of pages

{{HEADER: %# }} current section title

{{HEADER: %none }} turn off header or footer

Note: Multiple options can be used in the same header or footer directive. For example:

{{HEADER: Knowledge Base %p of %pp}} would display Knowledge Base current page number of total number of pages in your document header.

{{PAGENUMBER: value }} sets the page number. If value is an integer (e.g. 3), it will automatically increase on each subsequent page.
