Sidebar
Highland’s Sidebar is full of powerful tools to keep you organized and focused. If the sidebar is not visible, go to View > Toggle Sidebar or press Command + 0.
There are five panels in the sidebar:

Navigator
The first panel of Highland’s Sidebar is the Navigator.
It gives you a top-level view of your document. It will automatically show where Scene and Section headers, synopses, notes, images, links and included files are located in your document or screenplay.

The fourth panel in Highland’s Sidebar is Assets.

Bin
The second panel of Highland’s Sidebar is the Bin
Think of it as a little shelf that stores blocks of text for you. If you have alternate versions of a scene, or want to hold on to a sentence, paragraph, or section, cut or copy it to the Bin.

Goals/Stats
The third panel of Highland’s Sidebar is Goals/Stats.
If the sidebar is not visible, go to View > Toggle Sidebar or press Command + 0. Goals/Stats can be accessed by selecting the [goal-stat-icon] or by pressing Command + 3.

The fifth panel in Highland’s Sidebar is the Scratchpad.
