The third panel of Highland’s Sidebar is Goals/Stats.
If the sidebar is not visible, go to View > Toggle Sidebar or press Command + 0. Goals/Stats can be accessed by selecting the [goal-stat-icon] or by pressing Command + 3.
Set a goal for your writing, words or pages, by clicking Set Goal inside the circle. Enter your goal, select words or pages, and Highland will track your progress. Every time you reach a goal a milestone will be added to you Goal History.

Click the View Report button to generate a report of all of your Milestones and completed Sprints.
Document stats are updated in real time. Highland tracks Total Words, Selected Word (select any amount of text), Pages, and Reading time (calculated at 250 words/min).
